Why Join?

In recent years, the number of proposed laws and ordinances that could negatively affect the industry continues to increase. As communities, manufacturers, retailers and other service and product providers, we need to work together to be an even stronger force in pushing back these laws and the efforts of the groups that threaten to damage the industry. RMHA and our members are working to build relationships with legislators across the political spectrum. RMHA has been successful in the past, but the challenge to protect our members increases every year.

Legislative Support

Leverage RMHA’s legislative network which includes the efforts of a contract lobbyist. The RMHA is our industry’s first line of defense to prevent and defeat proposed bills that would be detrimental for Community Owners’ bottom line.

Stay current with industry related information. The RMHA issues six newsletter issues each year, “Rocky Mountain Journal.”

Increase your customer traffic. As a member, your community will be featured on the RMHA website.

Tap into the collective Industry knowledge of the RMHA membership. Annually, the RMHA sponsors annual member events which are excellent opportunities to increase your business exposure, industry knowledge, and resources.

Community Management Training

Provide training to your management professionals. The RMHA plans, develops, and hosts an annual Community Workshop designed specifically for operators of land/lease communities.

  •  Download the Code of Ethics Form HERE.
  • Sign and date it.
  • Email a scanned version to info@coloradohome.org, or fax it to 800-998-3208.
  • Submitted applications will be formally considered for approval by the RMHA Board at the next scheduled board of directors meeting.
